SPS tank, direct or indirect flow in high turn over tanks?

I am wondering what to do for flow on my 90 gallon cube, 36x34x18.

I already have a Dolphin Pump Ampmaster 7500/6500.

Is indirect flow enough when you have 60-80 gph turn over or is it still better to have more direct flow?

Here are the options that I am looking at:

First option is an OM 4way with 3 1 in revolutions the tank to provide random but direct flow, about 1000gph will be coming out of each nozzle and they will be at the closest a couple inchs aways from corals.

Second option is indrect flow from 4 1.5in outlets which are hidden under the live rock on an OM 4-way.

Third Option is 2 1.5in outlets in the tank constantly on and then a wavysea or sea swirl hanging over the back.

I like the third but its very high profile and expensive. I would like the second option the most though because that is the cheapest and the lowest profile. The first is sort of inbetween the others.

Help me out here.
