Need Equiment Advice

Howdy All,
Let's say I am starting from scratch. I need advice on size/make of a return pumps. I have a external overflow that at the time is made for up to 300gph,Need the pump. Then my next concern is the number of power heads needed and maker recommended. The tank is a 150. (48Lx24wx30h). Current habitants are shrooms, finger leathers,a 12"to 14" gorgonian. Now my concern is an open brain on substrate,as you know is delicate, another stiffer pink brain, a clam,and a frogspawn,,oh,,and some green star,that I have managed to isolate from spreading anymore.

"To Make this short and sweet. I use a 20gl sump for the first overflow..will add a second sump for second overflow when I put it together,using sump for sole purpose of chemical filtration,and for the Euro-reef skimmer.I also have a cascade filter running on it for bio-filtration. So any suggestions and advice is greatly appreciated,as I really want to set this up right. Thanks alot folks.
