anyone know how to get warranty work on a mag pump?
i have a mag12 just under a year old and it has a short, anyone know how to get it warrantied?

Like every other warranty you need to contact the manufacturer.

They were very helpful to me. Sent them three different pumps (one even outside of warranty)...they fixed, replaced all three at no cost, just shipping. I was very impressed, especially considering I'm pretty sure I caused most of the problems/breaks
