fuge
trying to fig the fuge i found one at lfs 31" long
has a left side a middle and a right side left side is small for water intering system middle is big right side is meadium for water leaving system my question is what part would be the fuge and were would i put the skimmer do i need a fuge -------------------------------------- / / ---------------------------------------

skimmer in first part, fuge/rock/sand/algae in the second, then the return pump in the thrid part.

that is prolly backwards....right side would enter with the skimmer there...middle is fuge and smaller left side would house return pump

I notice in your sig that you have a sump on the 120g tank. Most folks put the refugum in the sump. Can you not do that with yours? I bet we could figure it out.

Fuge should come before the skimmer so the skimmer doesn't take out some nutrients the fuge needs.
