New 6x54 Teks Come in Today--Clam location?

Have a 72 gallon tank. Today my SLS Tek 6x54 T5s come in from Reefgeek.

Question: Can I put my crocea on the sandbed now? He's been in the rocks since my current lighting is weaker (no individual reflectors). The Teks have the parabolic reflectors.

you can put him on the sand but he'll prefer the rocks. That's where they live in the wild.
