Plate Coral Help

I may have made a mistake I bought a Green Plate Coral yesterday. What I need to know is I have two clown fish will they harm this coral ?? They kind of act like they want to host in it.

I personally have not had success with plates. My clowns never bothered them. Just my fire shrimp. they love to clean the food off them and starve the plate to death.

The clowns my stress it out, but I wouldn't think so...
