UV sterilizer bulbâ€¦..still good?

I have a 9w turbo twist UV sterilizer. The bulb fires up but isnâ€™t too bright. How do I know if the bulb is still good or gone bad?

Or does anyone have one for sale?

I'm guessing you bought it used or had it sitting around for quite some time. I would just buy a new bulb to assure quality and consistency.
