How do i get rid of ich

I got a 100 gallon tank, Ive housed a yellow tang and a flame angel for over 2 mos. Those fishes are doing well, But recently i just added 2 more angels. The new fishes has been in the tank for 1 week but both are infested with ich. is there any remedies, many hobbyist has told me that UV sterilizer is the best bet?? any other SIMPLE suggestions.

You'll need to set up a hospital tank and run hyposalinity, in my opinion:

I have only had to deal with ich once. I used a qt tank and ran hyposalinity. I had complete success.

You should always quarantine every new addition in a separate tank at least 4 weeks before adding it to you display tank.

I suffered from the same problem after adding 2 newbies.

After attempting Garlic, the only thing with any success for me was to introduce a UV filter - worked a treat (tad expensive though)

Neither UV nor garlic are useful against marine ich. In many cases, the animals will develop immunity, full or partial, to the parasite, given exposure. That's the reason all kinds of "cures" seem to work, including just waiting. The parasite might still be present, though, to infect any new fish added to the tank.

I am new at this also, but do the cleaner shrimp eat parasites off the fish? But do they eat ich?

They'll eat ich, but not well enough to save fish.
