tough decision

i have a 65 gallon reef that is a year and a half old.
i currently have a tek 6x39 t5 fixture on top. i have
been debating getting a 2x250 sunpod fixture for the
tank because i can get a rock bottom price on it. i also
like the look of the 14k lights as well as the shimmer.
i am wondering if anyone wants to talk me out of it, other
then the heat and electricity arguements. i have also not
been too happy with my sps corals under the t5's assuming
my water is good and my flow is good which they are excellent.
i just think if i get the halides my stuff will do much better. i have
narrowed it down and cannot figure out what else it can be
besides my corals not liking the t5's.

I like the looks of MH, but a higher-power T5 setup might work as well.
