Question why are my clownfish fighting?

they were lk a pair for 3 months and just yesterday the bigger one started to attack it and now they are staying away from eachother.


they are ocellarus

If there young then there pairing up. deciding which one is gonna play which role. If one is going ti's submissive shake then thats the case. if not one is really getting beat on then id change it out for another. btw. is one clownfish bigger than the other?

If they are already paired and they really start to fight, then perhaps the male is morphing to a female, in which case your sol b/c they cant morph back to male

they arent fighting right now and they are under a rock in a little cave, and doin fine. so mayb they were mating

now i just saw some fighting and should i get a new small clown so he will pair, b/c the one looks beat up some fins are nipped and his body aint to good so wat should i do?



get a new one and let it pair or see wat happens with these 2?

1 is a little bigger but they are close to being full grown. they might be full grown but i dont know
