14g nano Skimmer????
I'd like a few suggestions for a protein skimmer in a 14g Oceanic Biocube. The Fission seems to be all I am really seeing, I remember reading a post about them saying the skimmer tray in less than a day and i thought there was a link to a site with a new or custom skimmer. If anyone knows that link or has see please link it. If not can I get some other suggestions? Thanks

I have a Tune Nano skimmer, it's pretty small aswell and works really well, at least for a nano situation.
It is relatively inexpensive too. Mine was $130 CAD at a LFS. I was tempted to get the fission as well but was warned so many times I decided to stay off...

Stay away from the fission. I have one on my 20 high and it's the worst $30 i've ever spent.

Yea thats what I've been hearing, nothing but bad things to say for the fission. Im looking to find something under $100 at least. I wish i could find that post about that Nano skimmer designed primarily for the BioCube.

Fisson is the worst attempt at a skimmer ever; I can't believe people are still selling it. Anyway here is a skimmer designed to go in the nanocube Sapphire skimmer most people that have it seem to like it. I've never used it though. Personally on a tank that small I would just keep up with water changes. Anything 30 gallons and up that is heavily stocked needs a skimmer. Small nanos just need TLC and water changes.
