Chiller Outlet Through Protein Skimmer?

Can I run the outlet from my chiller/heater through my protein skimmer to cut down on pumps? Will it affect the skimming efficiency of the skimmer?

Interesting question. Assuming the flow rate is correct for the skimmer and the chiller, I think you'd be fine, but you could ask in the chemistry forum.
