berlin,atscrubber,refugium filter?

i have a 180 reef tank running on a berlin sump with extra live rock, im thinking about adding a atscrubber and a refugium that would feed into the berlin sump, then pumped to the tank. i am hoping to add more food with this set up. would this work ?

You should be able to feed more with more filtration. I don't see any reason to add both the refugium and the scrubber for that reason, though. One or the other should be fine.
