Diy Metal halide ballasts

does anyone know a good dealer to buy raw pluse start and raw hqi ballast for 400w

i mean the kits with cap ing and ballast like this one but like always cheaper if possable

Not going to get much cheaper. Most US ballasts are probe start so getting a 400W highbay off of ebay pry isn't going to work.
