90gl tank with 55gl sump - Need Advice.

I'm getting a great deal on a 90 gallon and 55 gallon tank and need to build a stand for them both. I plan to use the 55 directly under the 90 as a sump. Both are 4' long but the 55 is 6 inches narrower and 3 inches shallower. What considerations should I make for the stand in order to fit the overflow/return plumbing, a skimmer, and return pump all into the same space? Has anyone else done this? I want to hear what you would do. Thanks.

I built a stand for my 75.

I would highly recommend making it bigger than just what your tank needs. Give yourself as much room as you can possibly fit. Therefore you will have no problem changing your setup or adding more equipment.

Also, if i did it over, i would add a way to take off the end panels of the stand so I can get to more areas of the stand.

I like the idea of removable end panels. What about height above the sump tank, any recommendations there? My main concern would be leaving enough room to service a protein skimmer.
