Plumbing ? Aga Overflow Kit
How can you plumb an AGA overflow kit with PVC. The drains have a barb'd end, but the bulkhead has threaded. it there something you can buy to reduce the 2" of bulkhead to 1".

If I remember well the bulkheads are slip 1" for the drain and 3/4" slip for the return not threaded.
Try slipping in a piece of PVC pipe of those dimensions, if it fits well then you can glue the pipe to the bulkhead and then use either unions or directly female or male adapters glued to the pipe.

I just did my tank 2 months ago. I ordered new bulkheads. Compared to the other costs of this hobby they are fairly cheap. Because of the overflow drain, and return pipes make sure you get slip by slip. Do not get heavy duty ones. I thought that would make sense to have a beefy bulkhead but they are a slightly larger diameter than the holes in the glass. They should be 1inch drain, 3/4 inch return.
