Found slug on new coral. Kill it?
I found a slug or shell-less snail moving on my new zoas. Will my fresh water dip take care of this and other parasites?
Thanks, Tom |

You might want to double check that. It could be a Stomatella Snail, but then again it could be a Zoanthid Eating Nudibranch.

IIRC, the standard dip for zoas is 5 mintues in pH and temp adjusted fresh water with a few drops of Lugol's and whatever else you want to add (like flatworm exit). This does not kill and nudi eggs though, so you have to manually remove/kill any you see.
