soft tree coral problems
I have a soft tree coral, it looks like a kenya tree. It's hasn't been looking good for a few weeks now. If i cut the top off with it regrow from the trunk?

It should, but I don't think that will solve the problem. I would look into why it is doing bad, rather than just start hacking.
Water parameters, flow, etc... |

there is nothing wrong with the water a peace of rock fell on it and i didn't notice for 2 or 3 days.

Kenya-types dont usually react well to being cut, especially such a dramatic cut. Best thing you can do is to give it some strong water flow and good water quality, and keep your fingers crossed for it.
