Background colour

OK new tank 92 corner bowfront. Paint colour for exterior of rear glass panes - black, blue, or something different?

Your choice, obviously, as long as it's black. J/K Black or blue work fine but I like the look of black as it really makes the coral and fish colors pop.

agreed. general consensus is blue adds depth, blace makes color pop. not to mention the black helps hide power cords and equipment better

Black, as long as you can keep it clean, otherwise, it doesn't matter, because it's all going to be coraline. Someone had a nice ine here a while ago with a mix of black and blue... it looked like you were looking into infinity,,,

Black.

IMO blue doesn't look 'natural'. It looks like a big chunk of blue plastic.

I have been thinking about changing mine to blue but I agree with this statement. If you have black equipment in the tank, it does blend into a black background pretty good.

Well one tank I had I wanted black so I just tinted it on the backside using limo tint but to get a blue background you need to paint as I will not use the prefab sheets. They look cheap in my opinion. Were you thinking of a better/different way to do it?
