GSP remains closed, what to do?

Hi, I got a GSP-rock about a week ago and it never opens, what should I consider doing? I have owned this coral in the past and it seemed to grow and open up with essentially no effort, so I don't see why it's acting different this time. Should I reduce the light its getting? I have a 400w 12k Reeflux that is 15inches above the water. The GSP is near the top of the tank. Any other suggestions...

Mine took almost 2 weeks to open up. You might just need to wait a bit longer...

I forget to mention these are metallic GSP, I have a ordinary Green type for about 2months now and it Does open.
