Can you id this?

I am unable to take a picture so I will describe it best I can. I am sure it came from some live sand I added about a week ago.
It is a little critter about 1/4" long max when not curled up. It's "tail" curls toward the underside of it's body. It has two antennae about as long as the body. It is clear for the most part except for black lines that run across not head to tail.
I know descriptions are hard but do the best you can.

Thanks for the suggestion waterkeeper.
It almost looks like I very tiny lobster or shrimp. Could it be a mysid? I have never seen one so have nothing to compare it to.

A little de-lousing powder can help.

As Martha S. would say, "They're a good thing".
