Microbubbles in sump, entering tank, how to stop? (pics inside)

The sump design i have isn't exactly perfect, the water flow goes like so

Drain -> Baffles -> Drain from fuge - > drain from skimmer -> return.

I put a piece of pantyhose around a piece of eggcrate to stop them a little bit, i just need to know how to stop them from getting to my return. I put pantyhose on the skimmer drain and the fuge drain.

First pic shows the drain, where the water enters the sump, second pic shows the return, and where the fuge and skimmer drain. It is a very odd design.

Do I need to add baffles somewhere?
