water parameter

I finally set up my Geo 618 yesterday and the water parameter before i run the reactor are
Ph 7.7
Alk 6.1
Ca 340
I set the reactor with BPM of 32/min and 50ml/min effluent. Today i tested my water again and the result are:
Ph 7.5
Alk 6.7
Ca 360
I am wondering if there is anything i still need to adjust. I have 125g sps tank.

Everything seems too low.

Shoot for

Ph - 8.1-8.3
Alk - 8-9
Ca - 400-420

Those seem pretty low. Is everything doing well? How old are your test kits? If they are very old, may want to get new and test again. Or take a water sample to your lfs and see what they come up with.

for now do i need to increase my BPM to raise my alk? and lower the effluent?

Dont use your ractor to adjust levels . Adjust you reactor for stability. Adjust you levels with Calcium Chloride and sodium carbonate or some other comercial two part solution.
