Storage Containers

Hello everyone,

What does everyone use for storing their maintenance equipment such as syphons, turkey basters, heaters, etc. Are the plastic storage containers/ stackable drawers sold by Walmart safe to use? I'm concerned about any toxic chemicals from these plastic containers that may come in contact with my equipment which could be transferred to my tank and therefore harming my fish. I dont really have any room in the cabinet area of my tank stand since most of the space is occupied by my sump. What are some safe and space saving ideas for storing my equipment?
Thanks!
Gary

I use a 1 qt pitcher, under the tank. For bigger stuff, a 5 gallon salt bucket works.
