Approx. Flow of mag 9.5 with 5 ft head?
I am running a mag 9.5 return pipe with about a 5 foot head. I want to add a chiller and I am looking at a JBJ that requires 480 gph of flow and a pacific coast that requires about 600 gph.
What do you think my GPH would be with the chiller and 5 ft head? Would I have enough flow to run the pacific coast chiller? I would rather not buy a dedicated pump just for the chiller. |

i think it would be sufficent but there is better pumps if you are running it external for close to the same money.about 500 gph would be my guess.after time mags lose performance imo
