Help: Sos
I have a fairy wrasse solorensis that I got 3 days ago. Put in qtine. He looks bad, just hanging near the bottom, not eating. The perculas are fine in the qt.
I decided to put him in my display or he would die. There are no fish in the display yet but lots of sps all doing fine for a couple months. I put him in fw dip 3 min ago cause he looks like he has ich. What should I do? |

Well, if he has ich, you are probably better off losing the fish than putting him in your display. The last thing you want to have to deal with in yoru tank is ich. That's JMO of course.

I wouldn't put him in the display, you would just be asking for trouble down the road. Are you using hypo in your QT? The ich should fall off within a few days under hypo. If you don't properly treat it, it will die anyway.

I am using Sea Cure copper treatment targeting a level of about 1.5 ppm in the qt tank.
