Need Some Expert Advice On MH Lights
I currently have 3 - 250W Ice Cap MH with 14500K Giesemann Megachrome Whitish Bulbs over my 175 gallon aquarium (29" deep). The aquarium looks too white for me, so I will pose a couple of questions:
1. How do you think it would look if I changed out just the center light with a 20000K bulb?? 2. How do you think it would look if I changed out just the two outside lights with a 20000K bulbs?? 2. What brand of bulbs would you recommend & why?? I would appreciate any and all advice given...Thanks, Frank |

1. Bluer in the center, but unchanged towards the ends of the tank. It'd be more noticeable in photos than in direct viewing.

Are you able to add a couple of actinic vhos or t5s?
