Formalin or Fresh Water Dip for Gill Flukes?

I've been going through this situation with 4 fish in my tank.

1 Eibli Angel
3 Lyretail Anthias

The Eibli seems to be breathing harder than it should but does not do any flashing and eats normally

The 1 male anthia is constantly hanging out by my cleaner shrimps and does occasional flashing. He's not breathing hard, but his colors are a bit more faded than normal. He's not eating as much as normal

1 of the Female Anthias goes over to the cleaner shrimps once in a while and also does a little flashing, colors are normal and eats fine and breathing normal

the other female anthia eats normally doesn't flash but is occasionally over by the cleaner but I dont' see her getting cleaned. Breathing is normal.

The other fish in the tank seem fine... False Perc, 4 small chromis and a pair of mandarins. The clown also seems to be breathing a little heavier than normal although this could just be my imagination.

I'm somewhat convinced that this is Gill Flukes... this has been going on for 3 days... I have a feeling it came from the Eibli angel but there are no white spots on any of the fish... so I'm ruling out ich.

I'm going to need to tear apart my entire 100g tank to get these fish out and am wondering how I should handle this situation.

I had Formalin overnighted today from Marine Depot but I don't know whether to use that or a fresh water dip. Neither of which I really know how to do properly.

Any tips or pointers would be appreciated.
