bought a 30lb rock with tons of mushrooms
Is there anything special to take care of it . It has sponge and mushrooms and snail covering it .

Nope, the shrooms are easy. Low flow and med/low lighting and they should do fine.

The lighting they need really depends on your tanks proportions. I wouldn't worry too much about it as they can thrive even under normal output fluorescent lighting (unless your tank is very deep).

Its a regular 75 g long with 40w lighting. Do you need the dimensions?

do you only have one 40 watt bulb? I would probably add a couple more.
