Does anyone use "Kent Marine Clean Equation?"

I was hoping people who have tried Kent Marine Clean Equation could leave their input about this product.

I got a small bottle for free one time and I have used it a couple of times after I stirred up detritus in the hope that it would cause it to leave the tank quicker. I really didn't notice any difference at all.
