Free Premium Live Rock Waiting for Pickup in CA!
I've been asked to post this message for Tampa Bay Saltwater who's a sponsor here at RC, so if you're interested in FREE premium rock for just the cost of the freight contact Richard at TBS right away:
" shipped 20 pounds of rock and critters for a 20 gallon tank to Monterey California airport....via US air....got there at noon today... ....anybody that would like to have the rock and critters, just need to pick them up and pay the freight.....was a screw up by me..... they will have to contact me first so I can change the p/u name on the airbill "

You may want to post this in the S. Calif. reef club forum too. Sounds great, but it's too far for me.

Very glad to see that someone stepped up.........would've been a shame to let all that rock and those critters die in the box at the airport.

Post this in the "Bay Area Reef Club Forum" Much closer to Monterey than Southern California.

How do we find out if this is still available? I go to school @ CSUMB & I could be there in 10 minutes. Also, approx how much in shipping fees?

Shipping was somewhere between $25 and $100.
Sorry everyone, but it has a great new home. If you have never ordered from TBS, I highly suggest doing so. I have gotten rock from all the mojor places (Tonga, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Marshall Islands) and none of it compare to the TB stuff. No joke, every rock has a coral on it. I saw some sun polyps, some zoas, and what look like blastos, but I have to wait until they open up for an id. The critters are CRITTERS! I was thinking some pods or something small, but nope, all kinds of really nice stuff. Thanks again Richard. |
