experience needed

Does anyone know how I could use a hang on seaclone skimmer on an eclipse 3 hood or any ideas, willing to work w/ tools

also got the seaclone skimmer and compact retrofit for the eclipse hood for 100 bucks, did I get ripped off

Your almost going to have to demel out a hole on one side...I saw this done for a remora on reefs.org.

Seaclone is not that bad if you drill the top and add a airstone/air pump about half-way down/between the inter and outer tubes(you have to force it a little...and adjust the air flow daily with a valve to keep a nice dry foam going. If you do that it'll skim very dark crap but just need constant adjusting.
