Does "The Trap" work?

I cant get the stupid damsels out. They're smarter than me haha.
Any advice is appreciated.

I have one that I used. It works "OK", I guess. It takes some fooling around with.
1) I sat it in tank for most of a day so that everyone would be use to it. Take out the cover.
2) Place cover on. You will notice the cover wants to float away. I drilled a small hole and strapped a feeding stick to the door.
3) Place some squid and shrimp in the tube, then enjoy a beer and standby.
4) Warning...it seems like everything in the tank will go in there before the fish you want to catch.
