Lost my manual, don't know which socket is to which number

after 6 months of owning this thing I finally got my tank up. Trying to figure out which socket should go to what so I can start configuring the darn thing. Can somebody help me out? THanks!

If you have a DC8, Hold it so the cable that attaches to your contoller comes out of the bottom and the power cord comes out of the left side... then as follows
Output1 is the upper left, then output 2, 3, and 4 in the top row and
Output5 is the lower left moving across to the right 6, 7, and 8. Hope that makes sense.
