Moonlights??
Are moonlights nessasary?And what are some types being used??

Yeah they do look really cool shimmering in the darkness. I'm sure they have some beneficial qualities, I just don't know what they are.

I kinda thought you could use the moon lights' to fake out your coral into propagating?

I think my LED's are blueish, it's a Coralife PC 2x65 w/ lunars.

thanks...i'll have to look into some....Still waiting for my lights from the LFS....Back ordered for 3 weeks now....2x 48"Double bulb t5's I'll pick out bulbs when they come in....Any suggestions?I plan on building up with some soft corals to start...

Some corals don't like the moonlights. Calfo did a big article on this and actually reported zoas not liking them.
