Unhappy sad easter for me

my favorite of my fish, my six-line wrasse, decided to jump out of the tank onto the floor and try to play with the cats i guess...what a bold critter. why does it always happen when you're not home to see it and put them back? ha

I sympathize. Had that happen except my biggest problem with it was that it was a new 50$ flame angel, soon got a cover, but a yellow diamond goby somehow managed to make it through the eggcrate! Not a fun month.

i used to use eggcrate, but it seemed to block out a lot of light, even when i switched it over to make sure i had the eggcrate diffusing the correct way, so i just took it off. now i guess i need a suggestion for a new fish. this was my second 6-line that did that. i think i am done with them. now with my stocking list, i am not sure what to go with next?

I had my firefish go carpet surfing, I guess the new angel scared it to death.

The only fish thats will NEVER jump out of any tank are the big fat goldfish. Orandas, Lionheads, Ryunkins ect.. You know the ones that look like they swallowed a golfball. I have a problem with goldfish jumping out of my pond after a hard rain or when I add water after a long drought. The big fat ones stay put everytime. I guess they just can't get any air but that is a good thing.
