Feeding an Anemone

Hi all!

Been reading a lot about feeding my BTA. My question is... When I feed it half a cockle, do I just place it on the tentacles or actually in its mouth? Thanks

Oh.. and does quite stringy tentacles mean it's hungry?

NEVER force feed an anemone. (by putting food directly in it's mouth)

anemone should take the food and pull it into its own mouth if hungry.

Stingy-ness is a good sign of health from what little experience I've had with a condylactis.
