That special has been going on for months, after the 14th it most likely will go up just a few dollars, still cheaper than anyone else

You're welcome.

If you can believe this, my local dealer, who is also an aquarium maintenance company, recommends to all their customers to order directly from DFS so that they don't have to deliver buckets of salt to their customers when they do their water changes. The buckets are already there. He says the markup is too low to move all those buckets of salt around, save on time and the back. This must be a good price. I seen a few places online that sells the salt for the same price or less, but the s/h/i is outrageous, more than doubles the price of the end product delivered, mine as well buy from LFS.

I just ordered mine. I just got the t shirt out of the bucket I'm working on right now. I thought I had a few more weeks of salt in there, it was just the shirt. Just in time.

My last bucket didn't have the shirt, my boyfriend was digging through the bucket like mad until we noticed no sign on the bucket. I ordered a fresh bucket also, no pet stores up here sell it and three hours away it's $80.

Petsmart will match the price. Just print off the add and then take it to them. I picked up 3 160 gal. buckets for right at $100.00. They don't advertise this, but if ask, they honor it.

This is great for a last minute purchase, desperation. I'm with the others, no lifting, not wasting gas & time when it's delivered to my front door. lol Also, no sales tax.

Interesting.... I was just at mine yesterday and they had RC. I also have three in the area and all three will match internet without any question. Been doing it for awhile now.

You most likely don't want to mess with taking on city hall, but if you want to fight it I know its a corporate policy to match online pricing. IIRC Some guy posted up about the VP (or other high ranking company officer) clearing it up when it was an issue at another location.

If you pop a quick email to their corporate office a good chance they will straighten it out for you.

My FedEx guy hates it at this time of year. LoL
He brought me 6 buckets of the 160g RC. And after his twirling my fish act, I didn't go out to help with my hand truck.
Why would you drive around and ask to match prices than load your car, drive home, unload your car, bring it up to the front door when the FedEx guy can do it. And you don't have to worry about them loosing it and killing it.

This is a good deal. I have seen it as high as $110 for ONE bucket.
