FS: 180 Gallon Reef Tank & Livestock including Live Rock

I have an Oceanic 180 gallon reef tank setup that I would like to have down by this weekend as I am in the process of selling my home. I need to sell all of my livestock, live rock including the tank (only). The tank has been setup for over a year now so the rock is well established.

The prices are negotiable to a point but I don’t want to just give things away. Obviously I will need to get the contents of the tank sold before I can sell the tank so please keep that in mind. I am not too good at coral species so I can provide. Most of my pieces have been previously been removed at this point but there are still a few pieces left that I am willing to deal on.

I live in the Castle Rock area and the items that I will be putting up for sale are listed below.

Oceanic 180 gallon reef tank (only) –
Like new with very few minor scratches $650.00

Fiji & Tonga Branch coral approx 125 lbs. –
$3.00 per lb

Life Reef Protein Skimmer which I believe is the VS2-24 model with a foot extension piece added including a Blue Line 70 HD External Water pump -
$250.00

Sand on bottom of tank if anyone is interested make an offer

I will have a pretty descent sized piece of Chaeto as well in my refugium if anyone would be interested in that as well.

On all livestock including fish make offers

FISH:

Medium Purple Tang
Medium Blue Tang
Potters Angel (Very Pretty Good Colors)
Mated Pair of Maroon Clowns
Medium Yellow Tang
Red Hawkfish
Flame Angel
Pygmy Angel
Bi Color Angel

Corals:
White Bubble
Couple types of mushroom colonies
Several small types of zoos
Light Green with pink tint FrogsPawn Medium Size
Devils Thumb

2 inch clam

The main item's will be the live rock as I have removed most of my pieces in preperation for this.

I have some pics but I wasn't able to get them down to the size requirement so I can send them to you via email for anyone who is interested.

As I mentioned I am really looking to get this done if possible by Saturday so any offers that I receive that are fare will be considered.

If only you hd some sps and could tell me that the angels didn't pick on them, I'd buy all 4 from you. Do they pick at the clam at all?

At this point it is looking like the fish are all spoken for. I am in desperate need to get rid of the live rock and the tank if there is any interest please let me know. Anyone who wants to pick up the bulk of the live rock I am willing to lower the price per pound a little more.

It is approximately 125 lbs not counting the tonga but if you can come pick it up as early as tonight you can have it for $300.
