Whats your Lighting schedual
Need some input PLEASE!
I am running my 250watt 14k Hamilton 8 Hours and running a 65watt attinic 10 hours. What is your lighting schedule?

8 hrs. I stagger the lights on every 30 min and do the same in reverse order for lights off.

I have 2 250w MH over a 90 gallon. Both on @ 10AM and off @ 8PM

I run 4x39W T5's from 10a-1030p (12.5HR) and 2x150W DE off IC e-ballasts (not overdriven) from 4p-10p (6HR). Great results so far. I went from +1,000W at a longer photoperiod to 460W with a shorter photoperiod and had decent results. My color actually improved but my growth slowed a bit (which was my goal).

9 hours, 6x80W T5's
3 bulbs on at 1PM, 3 bulbs on at 2PM 3bulbs off at 9PM, 3 bulbs off at 10PM |

According to Phil's great success I think I am going to get rid of my power compact and just run my halide!!

My actinic VHOs run 13.5 hours (8am-9:30pm)
My middle halide runs 11 hours (10am-9pm) And my two end halides run 10 hours (10:30am-8:30pm) I like the stepped on/off of VHO->one halide->all halides, and reverse at night.

i run two t5s from about 8am to 4:30pm then two 400 watt MH from 4:30 to midnight. its worked pretty good for me so far. i have had pretty good growth.

or 4 hours on/off 24/7 over frag only tanks.

I run my 2x48" vho antinics from 9am to 9 pm
I then turn on 2 of my mh at 10am to 7pm I add the last mh at 11am to 8 I love the way the antinics look in the morning and at night. I like to think running them in this way better simulates nature. On the 56 we run T-5 from 9am - 9pm and VHO from 10am - 8pm On the smaller tanks with pc lighting 9am - 9pm. Thomas

Both of my pc actinics 96w and both of the 150w MH come on at 9:00am and then they all go off at 7:00pm.
