external pump plumbing

im getting an external pump and want to know if it can do an over the top for the sump intake ... i will get around to drilling the sump at a later date ...

you can, but you'll need to prime and fill the plumbing, it can't pull water, only push it.

it olny going to have to pull about a 18" at max
