Sick Fish???

I just moved my blue tang into my new set-up. It's been cycling for over a month and all water par. are good. When the lights went on this morning I noticed he was covered with what looks like ick??? Pretty much everything in my tank is new, and there haven't been any fish added to bring in a disease. I noticed he was sleeping in the rock work, cut he have just nicked himself in several spots from the rock??

Most likely just ich brought on from the stress of the move. Hepatus tangs are big time parasite magnets, good luck curing him.

Should I medicate the tank??
