Any chiller that has a dual temp controller would work. The controller will run the chiller and heater.

So just the like the chiller the heater is either off or on ??? I guess if your heater has its own thermostat then you just set it high ??

Yes.. it's states on most dual controllers to set the heaters about 2-3 degrees higher then your controllers sets it at. Not too high for the fact there is nothing in life that is fail proof so just in case the controllers fails. Thats about it. I my self am running a Current USA 1/4hp Prime chiller. it's an inline chiller that has an input in the chiller for a heater and for a UV light. A 14/hp is a bit much of an overkill for your setup though. THere are plenty of chillers in the 1/10hp-1/5hp for your tank that have dual temp controllers.

happy chilling

Check this website Current Prime Chillers. It is what busterb was speaking about.
