RODI Question

Just purchased a new RODI system and have a few question. I ran the system without the DI hooked up (water coming out of Filmtec membrane) for 2 hours. I then hooked up the DI and ran the whole system for another 2 hours. I filled up 3-3gallon water jugs and a 15 gallon container for top offs and water changes. My output TDS from the new system is 14. Output from the membrane only is 16. TDS of source water is 186. Do I have a bad membrane and and bad DI?

Thanks,
Jane Hauck

The TDS of my tap water is around 280ppm. Using RO only gets it to somewhere around 20-30 and then DI on top gets it to 0. I would say that something is wrong with the DI chamber.
