Not sure of anything that willactually eat it. If you just started the tank on the 10th, than don't even worry about it. Normal occurance for a new tank, time will get rid of them.

Looks like you tank has been set up for only a couple weeks now (4-10-07). Diatoms are a normal part of the tank cycling. Don't be surprised if it's followed by a green hair algae bloom. Both are totaly normal and will go away on their own. Once your ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels are all zero the cycle is complete and you can add a cleanup crew. Don't add any animals before then. Continue to use RO/DI water if you aren't already and all will be fine.

If you get through your cycle and still have the diatoms, cerith snails do eat it but don't put them in until ammonia and nitrites are as 0 and you have done your first water change to reduce nitrates. You will just be wasting you money if you do and killing the snails.
