How to fatten up a lawnmower blenny?

I've bought a large, but very skinny lawnmower blenny a few months ago. He eats anything and everything, but hasn't put on much weight.

Any particular foods/strains of algae I should try feeding him to fatten him up? Looking for something more specific than just "give him some algae"

Make sure that its feces isn't white and stringy. It could have internal parasites.

Let your nitrates get way high and food will magically grow for him
