Have no hood, looking for a small fan

My t5 are heating my water up to 83.4 they are about 4 inches form the water seurface is that to close???. If not is they any good fans that poeple buy to can attach to the side of the aquarium, maybe a brand that is made specificaly for no hood aquariums?

you can run out to the local Walmart and buy a small clip on fan. doesnt need to be a special aquarium fan. if possible you may want to raise the lights a couple of inches and see if that helps.
