what is the best way to remove nitrates from the tank

well i don't know if this is the best way, but this is what works for me.

Current Tank Info: 75g reef ready with 40 gallon trigger sump/refugium , tunze power head, vectra 2 return pump, Kessil AP9X lighting, reef octopus skimmer and have a battery back for both pumps.

How about a monster fuge? Ive never had a nitrate problem since I started growing macro, not to mention its a great place for pods and critters or even fish/inverts that are misbehaving in your main tank. Best addition I have ever made.

The korallin 1502 denitrator worked for me very well and I am going to put it back on soon.

Though not as sexy as a high priced piece of equipment, so far a fuge and cheato has worked for me.
