New Sump/Fuge
So I finally scraped off all the old silicone from my last mistake (Stupid GE II) and the new silicone is curing. I am trying to figure out what kind of sand to use for the fuge.
I have a bag of carib sea's live sand(about 20lbs worth) My question is this. If I use this sand, will it cause a mini cycle in my display tank? |

Probably, but nothing to worry about. The same sorta thing happens whenever you introduce new live rock.

I just added that exact sand to a ten gallon "nano" i guess you could say three days ago(new setup). no spikes or bad readings so far
