Selcon or GVH

Checking to see who uses these, and what do you think?
Alot of people said I should use Selcon, but my LFS said it was lame, and recommened GVH instead.
I added Selcon on my last MD purchase, and used it a couple times.
Makes water cloudy, I like to enjoy watching feeding time, not cloudy water.
Is this stuff really worth it, or snake oil?

GVH is a supplement I've been seeing alot of around here lately.
My LFS said it was a food soak, but the bottle says it's like a coral food/supplement.
The bottle of selcon says to expect temporary clouding.

I use selcon also it doesn't make my tank cloudy. I soak my foods overnight in it.

Selcon is mostly OMEGA 3 Highly Unsaturated Fatty Acids. It also has vitamins C and B12. Good stuff! I use it a couple times a week, just a few drops in the food and let soak.

I just tried to use my selcon after 7 months of no fish and it's super thick and stringy. I can't suck it up in the eye dropper. I shook it up really well too. Anyone ever have this problem?

GVH Fish Food Soak Contains Garlic, Vitamins, and HUFA’s plus 3 types of phyto-plankton including Spirulina, Tetraselmis and Isochrysis. Its basically a food soak with lots of extras added in.
